    Cocoa bombs are a great fad these days. I've seen a lot of variations in many places. Yours look delicious, as do your cookies.

    Such a fun post and so many pairs ...lol 😉. So lovely to spend time on the beach with your beach buddy and I loved seeing all the sights! Hubby and me like your LL Bean boots too, perfect for winter beach walks ❄️. I didn't know a cocoa bomb made hot cophocolate ...lol 😉... on your last post I thought it was something you ate, well it does look good enough to eat with the chocolate covering and sprinkle ...lol!     Your Procreate drawing is gorgeous---it would make a wonderful stamp! I'm always envious when I see your beach photos. Once we can travel again, the beach is where I'm headed! We were given two cocoa bombs for Christmas. I've been saving them for a really wintery day. January, so far, has been pretty mild for us.

    My sincere apologies for being so late visiting. I have been caught up in the inauguration ceremonies that have been going on all day. It actually started yesterday and I got caught up in the festivities.

    I love all the twos you gave us. Your hearts on the beach were wonderful, as were all the beach shots.

    Now all we need is a little hot milk and those cocoa bombs will melt in our mouths. I love the idea of cocoa bombs and cookies.

  Art in Bloom Art in Bloom is being celebrated as a rite of Spring fundraising for art museums and libraries . In museums, floral designers create a piece to coordinate art on display. Local libraries and Chamber of Commerce combine their efforts with local art guilds and garden clubs to host a fun evening event. Libraries, art, flowers…what’s not to love? I decided this was an event I wanted to be involved in, both on the art and floral design aspect. First up: the display case, I asked Fiona for help on this. Here’s what we put together for the event. This is my first year participating, but it provided a great opportunity to put my art to good use. Happy Spring. Bloom where you’re planted.

T stands for Traditions

Nothing says traditions like a holiday...and in our house Birthdays have always been treated like holidays! We hold firmly to the belief that if there is a day you are ever going to celebrate, it's the day you were born. Luckily for Fi, her birthday is October 8, which coincides with Columbus day this year, extending the Birthday to Birthday weekend. We lined up all kinds of special treats, starting with a Half Marathon on Saturday, if you can call that a treat..followed up with  some other birthday specials, breakfast out at our favorite diner,  presents, bookstore coffee and browse around,  made to order breakfasts and dinners,  chocolate cake (yum!) and a wind down with one of our favorite hobbies on Monday... painting Halloween Vignette Years ago, I painted unfinished wood and sold it at craft fairs.
