T stands for...try, try, try again..but first

Party...Old Dominion, Thomas Rhett, and Kenny Chesney style...

Ready to rock...country style..
Fi treated me to this end of summer concert at Gillette Stadium...the weather was perfect, and the music awesome. So much great story telling in song...the music rose to the heavens, which was a good thing, because that's where we were...

sunset in Foxboro

When you are up in the clouds you get the added bonus of seeing the sunset at eye level. We had a great time and a lot of laughs.

Kenny's only stadium tour. this year
Kenny loves Boston and Boston loves Kenny, so it was a win for everyone there. Amazing songs, and so hard to pick a favorite...but as a true romantic, I think I am going with The Good Stuff.
Fun days out together are the good stuff for me...as a wind down of summer, Fi took the day off, out for Breakfast, some painting,...

Can you ever have enough mugs?

Did I mention I have the prettiest chauffeur?

Lunch,  great concert, some snacks and a breeze of a ride home...fun! Alas, summer's over...as evidenced by falling leaves and back to school.
spotted in the driveway...
How did that happen? It was a blink! I always think September makes a great time to reset some goals...and I have been slacking on some things that I really want to do.  Fi has started her MBA, so she will have plenty of structure and deadlines.  Karen posted her tracking plan and I really liked it, so I am going to adopt her method.  It might be just what I need to get the job done.

  3. I really enjoyed the beautiful photos you shared and the views of and from the concert. Although I'm not a country fan, I was in awe of the way Boston has treated Kenny. That setting sun photo was phenomenal, too.

Those are beautiful mugs. They are both colorful and have whimsy. I was totally impressed.

I was surprised to see the leaf in your driveway, because autumn is still just a memory in my hot world right now.

Thanks for sharing your concert photos and those truly gorgeous new mugs you painted for T this Tuesday.

  6. Beautiful sunset photos. Glad you enjoyed the concert. Love the mugs, especially the dark blue one. Did you paint them? Sweep that leaf of your driveway. I'm not ready to give up Summer, yet. (-; Stay dry today.
