 Here’s my Halloween Beverage card

for my favorite G and T fan

Mill River Festivities 
The Halloween Sangria with Apple Cider and Cinnamon was delicious. This Halloween concoction made with wine, apple cider and cinnamon is my T for Tuesday beverage of choice.  The atmosphere was great too even with social distancing.

Loved the Halloween atmosphere, weather, decorations and Ted Lasso. It’s worth the apple subscription for that show alone.

    My apologies for visiting so late, Nan. I voted in our primary today, which took longer than I expected. Then I took a friend out to eat. When I got home, I was out of it and fell asleep. I just woke a few minutes ago.

    I absolutely adore the atmosphere that was created at Mill River. I love that table with the corks under it. Your sangria sounds good, too. This would be the absolute perfect place to celebrate Halloween.

    I loved how you covered the addressee of your great card. Thanks for sharing our trip to Mill River, your sangria, and your decorated envelope with us for T this Tuesday.

    Looks like you've been having lots of Halloween fun and the sangria sounds perfect! I always love to try the different sangria's when I'm in America, the autumnal ones are always my favourite 😀. Happy wishes! Hugs Jo x

Nothing says traditions like a holiday...and in our house Birthdays have always been treated like holidays! We hold firmly to the belief that if there is a day you are ever going to celebrate, it's the day you were born. Luckily for Fi, her birthday is October 8, which coincides with Columbus day this year, extending the Birthday to Birthday weekend. and nothing transforms like a butterfly...the metamorphosis is symbolic to so many cultures and religions. The butterfly offers an explanation of the life cycle, and in Christian faiths a symbol of resurrection. In Asian culture, butterflies symbolize long life and love. Native Americans see the butterfly as a symbol of color, change and joy. For them, wishes whispered to the butterfly rise to the heavens. To many people throughout the world, the butterfly symbolizes hope and change. Is it any wonder that I am always on the lookout for them? On our day trip to Ogunquit, I saw some beautiful gardens, lots of color, the ocean, and butterflies... spotted some butterflies... These butterflies were fluttering around in the beautiful gardens outside the Ogunquit Museum of American art. The sculpture garden, flowers and view were amazing. Art and Nature combined.. From here we walked the Marginal Way at Ogunquit, another of my favorite spots... Spectacula...

Every click of the television remote or blast from the radio brings more aggressive news of hateful words and actions.  The stress of the situation is exacerbated by the sad fact that I have no impact over the current environment.  All of the lessons of history seem to be lost.   I can only hope that at some point peace, respect and common sense prevail.  Amid all of this discord and hostility, Nish and I went in search of some tranquility. There is no place it is easier  to find than in nature, so we headed to Heritage Museum and Gardens in Sandwich. Majestic trees Beautiful Vista And then we moved through the labyrinth.
